This is a luxury living Farmhouse Project, designed and executed with RRH Designs, Mumbai. The site is along the lake side, making it an exotic and peaceful location. The structure is engineered with steel framing and finished with masonry. Use of warm and soft colors with minimal furniture and lot of open space makes it a perfect get away from busy life of a city.
The design brief included a two story, four bedroom bungalow with all the amenities like infinity pool overlooking the lake, separate fruit and vegetable gardens, additional recreational spaces and a large lawn. The house is built on a steel structure, which whenever needed expands into a huge space so that the nature can be experienced completely. This was made possible with the help of coordination with the structural engineers and contractors to apply the large sliding window on a light weight structure all over the façade.
